Intelligent Design, yes,
but not Biblical Creationism;

Evolution, yes,
but not Darwinism

The great evolution controversy is usually framed as a polemic between Biblical Creationism and Darwinism.

As will become manifest as our discussion unfolds, as the empirical evidence is presented, such categorization falls short of the mark of the real issues at stake. Both sides have a few points that are correct, but each ultimately fails in terms of providing world-view paradigm.

Biological evolution, the process by which life came to be on this planet, does, indeed, involve Intelligent Design – but not Biblical Creationism. And there is such a thing as biological evolution – but not Darwinism, not regarding what is termed "macro-evolution."
